BlokeBuilder respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it's protected. (Have this reviewed against the Australian Privacy Principles before launch.)

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and a securely stored password (handled by Google Firebase Authentication).
• Booking details you provide: business name, phone, country, timezone, project information and any files you choose to upload.
• Payment records: amounts and status. Card details are processed by Stripe — BlokeBuilder never sees or stores them.

How we use it

• To verify your email, run your account and manage your bookings.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, payment requests and receipts.
• To prepare for and deliver the sessions and work you book.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run BlokeBuilder: Google Firebase (accounts, database, file storage), Amazon Web Services SES (email delivery), Stripe (payments) and Vercel (hosting). We never sell your data.

Your secrets

Please never send passwords, private keys, seed phrases or secret API keys. If you accidentally upload one, tell us and rotate the key immediately — we'll delete the file.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account at any time by replying to any BlokeBuilder email.
